This yoghurt culture is a freeze-dried yoghurt culture ideal for making yoghurt and yoghurt cheese. Freeze-dried mixed strain culture containing Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus thermophiles.

There are 5 sachets, each sachet cultures 1 litre of milk.
