Two Ways to Ferment

• NextGen High Gravity (20% ABV): Maximize yield in a standard 30L fermenter. Achieves up to 20% alcohol by volume in 7–10 days while maintaining exceptional purity for high-gravity sugar washes.
• NextGen Super Clean (10% ABV): Double your wash volume to 50L using the same sugar load. By lowering osmotic stress on the yeast, this method yields an extraordinarily smooth, neutral base perfect for vodka and clean spirits.

Instructions for Use

1. Sanitise: Clean and sanitise all fermenting equipment thoroughly.
2. Dissolve: Add 9.25 kg of dextrose to your fermenter with a small amount of warm water; stir until completely dissolved. Top up to final volume (25L for High Gravity or 50L for Super Clean) with cold water.
3. Pitch: Ensure wash temperature is stabilized at 20–25°C. Add both the NextGen Yeast and Nutrient sachets, stirring well.
4. Ferment: Seal fermenter with an airlock. Allow to ferment at 20–25°C until specific gravity stabilizes (approximately 7–10 days).
