Shipping & returns

All shipping costs are calculated by Australian Post calculator automatically based on the products weight. We do not make profit from the shipping cost you paid.

All order shall be sent within 1-2 business days and may be delayed another 1-2 days occasionally. If we are not able to deliver the order within 5 business days, we shall contact buyer to seek a solution.

Most parcels will be traceble except those products send by envolope like yeast and cultures.

We shall not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or delivery difficulties because of the address left by buyer. The buyer will have to pay the cost if the parcel was returned and need to be re-sent.

All returns and refunds must be communicated with seller before you send parcels back. We shall be responsible for those returns if they are faulty products.

However, return is still acceptable if buyer keeps the products unopened and undamaged condition when you pay the costs to send it back.

For international orders we shall not responsible for clearance in custom but we shall coordinate buyer provide necessary document for custom clearance purpose.
