Description:

This is a 65L pot still simulator the professional distillery with copper dome, whisky onion/helmet, chimney, Lynn Arm and copper condensor as well as copper parrot.

The boiler is 65L temperature controlled Digiboil boiler with 2000w/1000w/500w heat elements which you can run with combination of these 3 elements. The boiler comes with thermostat and concealed elements. With the power station supplied, you are able to run the boiler step-less heating to your needs.

The function of dome and onion is inside the alembic dome, the vapors come into contact with a cool surface, which causes them to condense back into a liquid form. This liquid then collects in the dome and is channeled out through a spout or valve.

The alembic dome and onion play a crucial role in the distillation process because it helps to separate the volatile components of the liquid from the non-volatile components. The volatile components, which have a lower boiling point, evaporate and rise up into the dome, while the non-volatile components remain in the still.

The chimney has similiar function as the dome but the height of the chimney improve the seperation of the non-volatile components from volatile components.

The lyne arm is an essential component of a pot still used for distilling liquids such as alcohol. Its primary function is to help control the level of reflux that occurs during the distillation process
