Standard Spiral Prismatic Packing (SPP) 7mm x 3.6mm wire 0.4mm -500g

Take your distillation to the next level with super high density spiral prismatic packing. This packing ensures you maximise the purity distillate from your reflux still ensuring the best possible product is collected.

The prismatic spiral shape of this packing maximises its surface helping to separate out fractions in your reflux resulting in a highly pure and neutral end product.

This is not suggested to be used in a pot still in as the high surface area will result in a neutral end product.

NOTE: It is advised to soak and wash the SPP before first use with a 50:50 mix of vinegar or citric acid and warm to hot water to remove all manufacturing oils.

Sizing
The SPP is approximately 3.58mm x 5.81mm and 0.4mm thick. It need about 200g SPP to fill one of standard 2″sight glass, or 500g can fill 1 x 250mm 2″ straight pipe.
