Large Alembic Copper Dome for 65L Digiboil- 3″ Ferrule

This is the larger size of Alembic copper dome for 65L Digiboil or Brewzilla, and can make up a pot still kit with the Still Spirits copper condenser kit. With the bigger size of the dome, now you can run the copper pot still on a 65L digiboil boiler or brewzilla.
The dome comes with a 3″ Tri-clover ferrule and a piece of stainless steel 3″ plate with a 47mm hole in the middle so that it can be attached to the still spirits alembic condenser. The 3″ tri-clover ferrule allows you to install other 3″ tri-clover fittings, like sight glass or pipes, to increase the height, or a copper helmet, which we sold separately.

The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas, as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter-tasting spirit.
