We are the Authorised distributor of Hooloo Distillery in China, and this is a new 100L Full stainless steel 4x 4″ modular still with a newly designed kettle and dome to make neutral spirits or flavored sprits from what you distilled.
The 4 plates still will purify the spirits during the reflux run to get rid of most of the impurity chemicals, which may give the spirits a harsh taste and make you have a headache after you drink. While 4 plates will still keep certain flavour from what you brewed in your wash. So, it will still be good to make whisky, rum, or Grapper etc. Meanwhile, you still can produce relatively pure spirits by running more reflux and then use them as the base of production for Gin.

This is still designed for using direct fire heating like a gas burner. The advantage of using a gas burner is that you don’t need a high-amp power supplier and can heat the wash faster than an electrical one, while you can still reduce the heat by adjusting the gas valve easily.
This still has special designed and made with a 1.5-inch sight glass, which can play as a level indicator of the kettle, while it can also be used for re-fill wash or draining waste alcohol from the tail or head for re-distillation. If you don’t need it, you can cover it with a cover plate.

Besides this, this still has a large open gate on top of the dome for easy loading of material for distillation as well as to clean the kettle when finished. This large open gate got heavy-duty clamp so that you don’t need to worry about the leaking issue.

Else, this still comes with everything you need for running it as a professional distillery; it has a big U-bend on top and full stainless steel parts for the rest of the still.
