100% Cider Apple concentrate from Central Otago Cider Apples. This refreshing crisp apple cider is pure, fresh and smashable – a bit like Central Otago where these special cider apples are grown. It is delicious as it is, or you can add fruit or Brick Road Fruit Flavour sachets to create your favourite fruit cider. Just add 1kg of dextrose, and 5-10g sachet of quality cider yeast. Ferment for 6-14 days depending on temperature and yeast.

With extra 1kg dextrose, you can brew 18-23L cider with 4.0% – 3.5% ABV.
