This Classic Gold Draught kit comes complete with Ale yeast. This light-gold refreshing draught ale has a nice grainy malt sweetness balanced with a moderate thirst quenching bitterness. Great after a hot day. For a Gold Draught add either 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract, or 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose. For added tropical or citrus flavour, you can add 30g of NZ hops like Riwaka or Nelson Sauvin, or Australian hops like Pride of Ringwood or Galaxy. You can also build your own unique recipes brick-by-brick. Brick Road searched the world to find the best maltster to create this exceptional hopped wort. Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
