This is another version of the Copper pot still with copper whisky, onion, and still spirits alembic Pot still condenser kit suitable for Kegking 35L Turbo boiler or 35L Digiboil Boiler

If you want to make your own whisky/bourbon with natural flavour using the traditional way, then this pot still distillery kit is one of the best choices.

The copper onion forces a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavour congeners during each run. The still spirits alembic pot still condenser has a better design with Lynn arm and cooling jacket, it is a good combination with the copper onion.
