Alembic Copper Dome and Condensor Still Kit for 65L boiler

This is the larger size of Alembic pot still for 65L Digiboil or Brewzilla with Still spirits copper condenser kit. With the bigger size of the dome, now you can run the copper pot still on a 65L digiboil boiler or brewzilla.
The dome comes with a 3″ Tri-clover ferrule and a piece of stainless steel 3″ plate with a 47mm hole in the middle so that it can be attached to the still spirits alembic condenser. The 3″ tri-clover ferrule allows you to install other 3″ tri-clover fittings, like sight glass or pipes, to increase the height, or a copper helmet, which we sold separately.

Instead of stripping flavours to give a clean spirit like the T500, this pot still retains and enhances flavours. This can be used when distilling washes that contain flavours that the user wishes to collect. For example, wine for making brandy, malt mashes for making whiskeys or bourbons, molasses mashes for making rum, etc. We recommend using both together for better results. This alembic copper domed top fits onto your 65L digiboil Boiler or 65L Brewzilla. The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas, as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter-tasting spirit.

Also, the pot can still be used for essential oil making.
