Take advantage of Kegland PolyPhoenix Air still pro head unit, you can make larger production batch with 35L digiboil boiler, heavy-duty stainless steel lid, 4 x 3″ bubble plates crystal clear column and the Polyphoenix air still adaptor 3″TC without any cooling water.
The 4 x 3″ bubble plates will purify the alcohol ABV before it reach the air still pro head unit thus you can get higher ABV than just use the Polyphoenix air still pro itself. Other air stills traditionally have a very small column meaning you can only get 90-92%. The new PolyPhoenix Air Still with the 4 x 3″ bubble plates column enables you to get right up to 96% meaning you can make great tasting neutral without that nasty taste of spirit wash or turbo yeast. This is only possible due to the new design allowing you to extend the column externally from the head.

The KegLand PolyPhoenix Air Still Pro head unit Capable of producing outstanding neutral spirit right on your benchtop without water hoses everywhere. Similar to the Still Spirits Air Still pro, this PolyPhoenix Air Still Pro can run both reflux mode and pot still mode
