Description:

• This is another version of 35L Copper pot still with copper dome and whisky Onion and still spirtist alembic Pot still condenser kit but without Boiler .

  Similar to V3509, this is another still kit that good for making whisky/bourbon and Gin brewed from scratch.

  Both the copper dome and onion force a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavor congeners during each run. The New Create+ still spirits alembic pot still condenser has a better design with Lynn’s arm and cooling jacket; it is a good combination with the copper onion.

  The condenser comes with all water pipes and fittings for cooling water and collection of spirits.

• The sight glass with the stainless steel sieve can run as Gin basket
