This is 2" x 4 plates crystal clear condenser kit with copper dome condenser with 35L digiboil boiler kit to build 35L Copper stills which can run both reflux mode or Pot still mode or combined.
This still consists of a 2" x 4 plates crystal clear column, short dephlegmator/short condenser on top of the 2" x 4 plates column, short pipe with 1/2" BSP thermometer fitting, U bend, long condenser and parrot with valve.
With this setup you can run this still in reflux mode or pot still mode or combined. Also, we shall supply 35L digiboil boiler with glass lid. The 35L digiboil boiler has build-in thermomstate and can control the temperature for heating, and got 1900W and 500W heating elements which can be run separately or both.

The copper dome will forces a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavor congeners during each run.
So no matter you want to run for making neutral spirits or to collect flavour from what you brewed for making whisky/Bourbon/Rum, these still parts will allow you more possibility to make different spirits.
The condenser comes with all water pipes and fittings for cooling water and collection of spirits.
