This is another version of 35L Copper pot still with copper dome and whisky Onion and still spirtist alembic Pot still condenser kit but with 35L Digiboil Boiler which comes with build-in thermostat and dural heating rate.
Similar to V3509, this is another still kit that good for making whisky/bourbon and Gin brewed from scratch.
Both the copper dome and onion force a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavor congeners during each run. The still spirits alembic pot still condenser has a better design with Lynn's arm and cooling jacket, it is a good combination with the copper onion.
The condenser comes with all water pipes and fittings for cooling water and collection of spirits.
